convenient locationmalfunctioning key cardsfrustrating experience

the hotel location is very convenient to many attractions.

the check-in process was a significant issue i received keys to an occupied room the key cards malfunctioned requiring multiple trips to the front desk the staff eventually unlocked the door only for someone to shut it i needed to return downstairs to get another room assignment this initial experience was quite frustrating and time-consuming.

the hotel is new and clean i found the rooms to be modern and functional. the gym has several machines available i also appreciated the helpful staff. the location is close to various attractions including central park and broadway.

i experienced a delay during check-in where i was initially given keys to a room already occupied requiring me to return downstairs for a different room assignment
